Our a double room was complete with 2 queen beds and ice box, as for instance. The staff were pleasant, thanks to them everything was wonderful. It was in a great and comfortable location close to a stadium and bars.

Will be back, the hotel was fairly clean, and location close to the Forum was comfy. The staff that we encountered were extremely helpful and professional. Our room was new-fashioned and neat, included with microwave, extra space, ice box. It was as expected, had a perfectly pleasant stay for the price.

Horrible area.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it easy to get to and from the city. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. Additionally, the hotel had a great pool and gym for guests to enjoy.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the parking situation was a bit chaotic due to construction workers taking up extra space.

When we finaly got to the Crystal Inn, suites & spa after a roadtrip for 3 weeks, our kreditcard was stolen ore missing at the walk of fame, and I had to shut it down. There for I arrived to this hotel with 12 dollars in my pocket and no creditcard. I ask the manager of the hotel, if I could spend the night there with my children and then pay him when I got back to Denmark, and he agreed and gave us a very good room. I will never forget that kindness, and I am touch that there still are people like that. He trusted me, and of course I will never let him down and of course I will pay him. God bless the staff and the manager at this hotel.

This motel was great they were considerate thoughtful and accommodated my every need. They are organized, clean, and the rooms were beyer than I expected. The owner is respectful and will work with you and your needs to make sure your stay is comfortable and welcoming. I will definately stay here again if needed
